Download Profiler and Profiler Wizard Update (pre-release version)

Note: Users may have to update their version of Genesys if the 'Profile' button in the main menu window does not enable after installation of the Profiler update - please contact Psytech under these circumstances. No technical support provided for this pre-release version.

These are the GeneSys3 updates which include the most up to date versions of Psytech tests and reports. Please only select those downloads that are suitable to your country as there are differences in questionnaires, norms and report styles.

Download GSU Update Files
The following files provide the most up-to-date versions of each Psytech test questionnaire, report and norms. To download the file, simply right click on the appropriate link, then choose 'save target as'. Once the file has downloaded, double click the icon, click on 'update' and this will automatically extract and update your GeneSys 3 software.

The Updater Framework
Please run the following installation before you implement any of the updates. It will upgrade the Genesys updating framework and ensure that users receive the full benefit of the update files. Download the installation here

Reports Update
New style reports for Genesys3 have now been released. The new style offers considerable improvements for the appearance of the standard Genesys3 reports, including the profile charts, front pages and layout. Please apply the Genesys udating framework upgrade (above) before adding any report updates.

Dongle Driver update
The current version of the dongle driver is 5.19, suitable for all versions of Window. To install the current version

  1. download the zipped installer here (by left clicking on the hyperlink and selecting "Save Target As")
  2. extract it's contents using your favorite unzip utiliy
  3. open the HASP_HL_driver_setup folder
  4. ensure that Genesys is not in use and double click the HASPUserSetup.exe file
