Genesys 3 FAQ Introduction

The current release of Genesys is version 3.5.9.

Important notice for users of versions prior to Genesys3:
Support for Genesys 2 and older products ceased as from September 1 2002. Clients are advised to upgrade (free) to Genesys 3.5 To request an upgrade please contact us. If you are using GeneSys 3.0 and would like to upgrade to version 3.5 please click here

If you require additional information about Genesys or are experiencing difficulties we recommend that you first consult this FAQ. If you cannot resolve your enquiry using the FAQ or require additional support you can contact our enquiry desk. Support for Genesys is available to registered trained users. Unfortunately training cannot be provided by the enquiry desk.

If you need to contact the enquiry desk to resolve a problem please have available the following information:

the version number of Genesys
the type of dongle you are using
the type of PC (manufacturer & model name/number)
the operating system (eg. Windows 95, XP etc)
are there any other devices (printers, modems etc)
attached to the machine?

IMPORTANT: it is strongly advised that you create a backup of your data before making any significant
changes to your system or Genesys. In any event routine backup of your data is recommended.
